Demi is an American singer, actress, song writer and musician. Last year, she revealed that she was in some problem and she admitted her self in a rehab. Lovato confirmed reports that her treatment was for bulimia, self-injury and bipolar disorder. After she came from the rehab, she only focus on her music career.
The first single off the album, "Skyscraper", premiered on July 12, 2011. Lovato scored her first top 10 debut on the Billboard 100, as "Skyscraper" debuts at number 10.
To raise awareness about personal issues similar to her own, Lovato became a Contributing Editor to "Seventeen" magazine. She will discuss her personal issues as a part of a larger campaign called "Love is Louder than the Pressure to Be Perfect", diercted towards teen girls.
Demi also had "Stay Strong" tattooed on her wrists in a cursive font. The tattoos came shortly after Demi spent nearly three months in rehab treating her issues with cutting and eating disorder. The tattoos cover an area that she used to cut, and instead remind her to think positively.

She got nominated for a lot of Awards this year and she won "People's Choice Award" for "Favorite TV Guest Star", "Teen Choice Award" for "Choice Summer: Song" and "Acuvue Inspire Award", "Do Something" for "TV Star in Sonny with a Chance", and the latest was "Alma Awards" for Favourite Actress in Comedy for her Sonny with a Chance" too.
Demi Lovato's album is out today and i've listen to all the songs, it was superb. Hope she will Stay Strong and hope you guys like it. If she can do it, why not we overcome our problems.
